Atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de extrema import\u00e2ncia para a ordem jur\u00eddica. No entanto, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o na Para\u00edba parece n\u00e3o estar atenta \u00e0 lei quando \u00e9 de interesse da pr\u00f3pria casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O artigo 48, XV, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal\/88, fixa o teto remunerat\u00f3rio dos servidores p\u00fablicos para evitar super sal\u00e1rios. Por tanto, \u00e9 inconstitucional que qualquer funcion\u00e1rio p\u00fablico receba mais do que R$ 39,293, 32 por m\u00eas. Sal\u00e1rio m\u00e1ximo que imp\u00f5e aos Ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Para\u00edba, os procuradores do estado t\u00eam rendimentos bruto de no m\u00ednimo R$ 42 mil\/m\u00eas, chegando a at\u00e9 R$ 57.892,15. Comp\u00f5em o quadro efetivo da institui\u00e7\u00e3o na Para\u00edba 19 procuradores.
