Em julgamento virtual iniciado no \u00faltimo dia 21, os ministros acolheram um pedido da PGR (Procuradoria-geral da Rep\u00fablica) contra o acordo, que foi fechado entre Cabral e a PF (Pol\u00edcia Federal). O placar ficou em 7 votos a 4 pela anula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre outras acusa\u00e7\u00f5es, Cabral afirmou que o ministro Dias Toffoli recebeu propina em troca de decis\u00f5es judiciais quando presidiu o TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral) entre 2014 e 2016.
