O presidente Gilmar Mendes dever\u00e1 ceder seu posto ao ministro Nunes Marques a partir de agosto. A 2\u00aa Turma \u00e9 formada por cinco&nbsp;ministros. Al\u00e9m de Nunes Marques e Gilmar, fazem parte do colegiado os&nbsp;ministros Ricardo Lewandowski, Edson Fachin e C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O regimento do STF determina que o presidente da Turma sempre ser\u00e1 o integrante mais antigo do Tribunal que nunca tenha exercido o cargo.
