Ele tamb\u00e9m foi acusado de incitar outros comerciantes a tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o fecharem as portas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o de soltar o comerciante foi tomada pelo juiz Giovani Augusto Serra Azul Guimar\u00e3es, da comarca de Ribeir\u00e3o Preto do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo.https:\/\/adae4bf72b95807f0fffcde19860eace.safeframe.googlesyndication.com\/safeframe\/1-0-37\/html\/container.html?n=0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fase emergencial, em vigor desde segunda-feira (15), estabelece, entre outras medidas, que apenas atividades essenciais podem funcionar em todo o estado de S\u00e3o Paulo. A regra vale at\u00e9 o dia 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico chegou a pedir a convers\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o em flagrante em pris\u00e3o preventiva. Portanto, o decreto do governo do estado que estabelece a fase emergencial, seria, segundo ele, inconstitucional.
