O magistrado assumir\u00e1, a partir de abril, o comando da Corte para o bi\u00eanio 2021-2022. Edilson Pereira Nobre J\u00fanior \u00e9 doutor e mestre em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), graduou-se em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Ingressou na magistratura federal em 1992 e foi promovido a Desembargador Federal pelo crit\u00e9rio de merecimento, em julho de 2010. Ele \u00e9 professor titular da UFPE e j\u00e1 publicou v\u00e1rios livros e artigos em peri\u00f3dicos jur\u00eddicos, dentre os quais se destacam: \u201cO princ\u00edpio da boa-f\u00e9 e sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o no direito administrativo\u201d (S\u00e9rgio Ant\u00f4nio Fabris Editor, 2002) e \u201cAs normas de direito p\u00fablico na Lei de Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o ao Direito Brasileiro\u201d (Editora Contracorrente, 2019). Para a Mesa Diretor do TRF5 foram eleitos ainda o Desembargador Federal Alexandre Luna Freire para o cargo de vice-presidente e o Desembargador Federal \u00c9lio Siqueira Filho, para corregedor-regional.
