O caso aconteceu h\u00e1 quase 15 anos e a a\u00e7\u00e3o de repara\u00e7\u00e3o movida contra a mulher transitou em julgado no m\u00eas passado, ou seja, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais possibilidade de recurso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/justicapotiguar.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/gestante1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6963\"\/><figcaption>Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A mulher tinha conseguido na Justi\u00e7a o direito de abortar porque recebeu dos m\u00e9dicos o diagn\u00f3stico que seu beb\u00ea tinha uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o que o impedia de ter vida fora do \u00fatero \u2013 s\u00edndrome de Body Stalk. Enquanto tomava os medicamentos para abortar, o padre conseguiu outra decis\u00e3o, que interrompeu o procedimento e a obrigou a deixar o hospital. Ap\u00f3s oito dias, o beb\u00ea nasceu, mas morreu menos de duas horas depois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A jovem, ent\u00e3o, decidiu acionar a Justi\u00e7a contra o religioso em 2008. A decis\u00e3o que condenou o padre \u00e9 de 2016, da ministra Nancy Andrighi, pelo Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ).
