O texto faz refer\u00eancia a reportagem publicada pela Folha e pelo The Intercept, nesta quinta (1\u00ba), com base em mensagens obtidas pelo site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os registros mostram que o procurador Deltan Dallagnol incentivou colegas em Bras\u00edlia e Curitiba a investigar o ministro Dias Toffoli sigilosamente em 2016, numa \u00e9poca em que o atual presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal come\u00e7ava a ser visto pela Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato como um advers\u00e1rio disposto a frear seu avan\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA Lei Org\u00e2nica da Magistratura deixa claro que apenas o Poder Judici\u00e1rio pode investigar os seus membros.
