O juiz Thiago Mathos de Mathos concedeu a reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o de posse a empresa Plano Leste, determinando que o at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o propriet\u00e1rio deixasse o local, gerando o conflito de decis\u00f5es e a inseguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica.
