Chistiane Correa Machado, consideradas, de um lado, as raz\u00f5es por ela apresentadas e tendo presente, de outro, a expressa concord\u00e2ncia manifestada pela douta Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica&#8221;, decidiu. O presidente do STF, Luiz Fux, deve decidir se aceita pedido de Celso de Mello para pautar nesta semana no plen\u00e1rio decis\u00e3o sobre se Bolsonaro vai depor neste inqu\u00e9rito de forma presencial ou por escrito.
