Benedito Gon\u00e7alves e manteve o afastamento do Governador do Rio de Janeiro<\/em>, Wilson Witzel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Diverg\u00eancias nos votos:<\/em> <br>\n<em>a)<\/em> O Ministro S\u00e9rgio Kukina proferiu voto acolhendo o pedido com maior extens\u00e3o, determinava a pris\u00e3o do Governador (o relator s\u00f3 determinou o afastamento); <br>\n<em>b)<\/em> O Ministro Raul Ara\u00fajo defendeu a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo de afastamento (fixado em 180 dias pelo relator) e <br>\n<em>c)<\/em> o Ministro Napole\u00e3o Nunes Maia n\u00e3o referendou a decis\u00e3o de afastamento determinada pelo relator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Resultado final:<\/em> governador afastado do cargo por 180 (cento e oitenta) dias, segundo decis\u00e3o da <em>maioria da Corte Especial do STJ<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abra\u00e7o a todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodrigo Leite (\ud83e\udd5b)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Importante!
