Ele \u00e9 o magistrado com o maior n\u00famero de processos pendentes de julgamento, com 3,7 mil casos em \u201cacervo\u201d registrados em maio. O tribunal vai apurar se ele deve ser punido por falta de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o foi tomada na \u00faltima quarta-feira (12\/8).
