Imagens registraram o magistrado sem m\u00e1scara em praia e, ao ser questionado, ironizou afirmando que \u201cn\u00e3o d\u00e1 bola\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O registro foi divulgado pelo G1 na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira, 6. Segundo uma moradora que n\u00e3o quis se identificar, o desembargador caminhava pela praia com a m\u00e1scara no pesco\u00e7o enquanto falava ao celular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em \u00e1udio encaminhado ao portal de not\u00edcias, o desembargador disse que a moradora deveria fazer uma acusa\u00e7\u00e3o por escrito, autenticada, para que seja verificado se \u00e9 ele. Segundo apura\u00e7\u00f5es, ele n\u00e3o confirmou que estava na praia, mas afirmou vagamente:&nbsp;<em>&#8220;Eu n\u00e3o me lembro.
